Shipping
At Safety Rest, we ship all orders via Correos. These are our current shipping conditions:

Free shipping across Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands).

Shipping to Europe: €7.50.

Estimated delivery time: between 4 and 6 business days from the order confirmation.
Please note: During holidays, sales campaigns, or special launches, shipments may experience slight delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

Whether you’d like a refund or an exchange for another item
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive it and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within a maximum of 7 business days.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we’ve made an error in the shipment.
Defective Product or Shipping Error
If the item you received is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@safetyrest.com. We will either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Can I Cancel an Order?
Yes! If you made a mistake or wish to cancel your purchase, write to us as soon as possible at info@safetyrest.com. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll cancel it without any problem and issue a full refund.
